Note for taxes:
According to different national policies of various countries, customers need to pay customs taxes when importing goods. Please pay attention to answering customs calls to pay taxes, so as to avoid the situation that the goods stay at the customs and the customer cannot receive the goods.
ORDER TRACKING:
As to the order status and shipping information of your package, you can refer to "Track Your Package" in our website.
If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.
MISSED DELIVERY
Note: On Mondays - Fridays, our friendly couriers strive to make deliveries happen between 9am - 6pm however timings may vary. So do look out for them!
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
