Due to the peak season and the COVID-19, logistics have suffered overstock, therefore the transportation will become slower than usual.
Please pay more attention to the logistics information. When the package arrives at your location, we recommend contacting the local post office to avoid returning the package if it has not been signed for a long time. After the package arrived, the recipient could not be contacted for more than 7 days, resulting in the package being destroyed. Please pay attention to the received mail.

Standard Shipping : The time required for general transportation to the world is usually around 10-20 days.
Priority shipping(3-7 Days):The global shipping time is generally within 3-7 days, except in exceptional cases.
Express shipping(7-12 Days):The global shipping time is generally within 7-12 days, except in exceptional cases.

After the package is sent, please pay attention to the logistics information and mail to ensure that the package can be delivered safely.

If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.
Note: On Mondays - Fridays, our friendly couriers strive to make deliveries happen between 9am - 6pm however timings may vary. So do look out for them!
Missed a delivery attempt from us? Don't worry, we'll make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your order! If we fail to reach you at your specified shipping address, our delivery provider will leave you a message or give you a call. A re-delivery will be attempted on the next consecutive working day.
